A one strap backpack, also known as a sling backpack can be used for school, to take to the gym, or for boys or girls to use as a day pack to lug around a snack, camera, phone, money, water, and other valuables teens and young adults need throughout the day. If your teen has allergies or is a diabetic, this may be a great choice for medical supplies to be carried in daily.
Most teens and young adults only use one strap anyway, so these backpacks just make sense. You’ll have to check the size on these backpacks, but most are small and designed for personal items rather than books. These make excellent substitutes for purses and handbags for girls, especially girls on the go like active teens and college age young women.
